supervisor wiener. why don't we go to now district seven. supervisor elsbernd. >> i am presenting today for supervisor chu. she asked me to present. this is someone i think more than anyone else knows about the restaurant business because she grew up in a restaurant. her parents owned and operated a business all through her childhood and knows the ins and out's of a good restaurant. she chosen some place i might chosen and parkside tavern. they are not here today but what is a very obvious working. they were working really hard last night and need to get ready to go tomorrow u but those that know the sunset, the parkside tavern, the owner larry doyle lives in the area and active as a community member. uses the restaurant as a great community resource, be contributes to the community, makes it available to various groups and it's become a great gathering place for those that love sport of all kind, and those that like a quiet comfort sun shut meal in the sunset and i would like to congratulate the parkside tavern. >> thank you supervisor elsbernd bernd. why don't we go to distric

of proposition f we're also joined by district 7 supervisor, sean he elsbernd, representing the save hetch hetchy no on f campaign. gentlemen, thanks so much for taking the time to be with us today. >> thank you. >> mike, i'd like to give you the opportunity to make a brief statement of your work on the proposition. >> wonderful, thank you. proposition f is about san francisco's values, it's about their environmental values. in real short explanation, it requires the city to develop a plan for the future to guarantee our water security and begin to undo the damage that our current water system does to the environment. the plan would then be brought back to the voters in 2016 for their aprafl or disapproval so it's placing the city on a trajectory we're not currently on. we don't recycle any water, we've abandoned most ground water since hetch hetchy became available and we've done real damage to the tuolome river and we begin it's time to get in line with the city's values. it's a plan the voters ultimately get to approve. >> i disagree. i think proposition f is about one thing and on

widener from the airport. ms. widener. >> good morning, chair avalos, supervisor elsbernd, kathy widener with the airport. the airport is seeking your approval with a new five-year lease with the transportation security union with 804,000 square feet comprised with 7,200 of existing square feet existing space at the terminal and 1,100 new office space on the first floor of terminal 2. under the proposed lease the tsa will pay the airport a flat five-year rental rate of approximately $1.4 million a year for the five years of the lease. the tsa has had a lease presence at the airport since 2003. the most recent lease, the current lease was approved by the board in 2007. and the proposed lease was awarded to the tsa on a sole source basis as the agency mandated by the federal government to ensure aviation security at u.s. airports. sfo aviation management staff negotiated with the federal general services administration on behalf of tsa. as in the current lease the gsa prohibits federal leases from including rent adjustments based on unknown factors such as consumer price index. as
